On November
28, 2004, My Daddy came back in the house after going to get the
newspaper, he told my Mom that his chest was hurting and his left arm
was numb. He went to sit down on the couch and started yelling for my
Mom to bring him an Aspirin. My Mom called my brother, he lives a lot
closer than I, they all got into the car and on their way to Baptist
Medical Center Montclair, as they headed up the hill my Dad passed out,
the Nurse told my brother to lay my Dad on the ground in the parking
lot, that is where they started working on my Dad. He had no heart beat
& no pulse, he was dead!!!! They had to shock him 8 times!!! As
this was going on my brother called me and I started praying as I was
getting dressed, we had so many people praying for his healing, well
let me tell you, God is still the GREAT HEALER!!!! On November 29, 2004
they went in and put two stints in, he has no brain damage & less
than 10% damage to his heart, did I mention that he is 70? My Dad came
home for
m BMC on Saturday December 4, 2004!!!!
Well, the
miracle is, He raised my dad back from being dead, gave him a chance to
come back & make things right, he is joining the Church on
Sunday!!! Praise God for this Miracle!!
People change but God & his Word never changes, Praise God for his Mercy!!
You know, after this had happened I had a Preacher call me and tell me
that God said, Tell Jan I heard her cry out and her prayers for her Dad
& that is why I gave him back for another chance!!!
I know that
I wasn't the only one who was praying so, I take this time to say thank
you for the ones that have been praying!!!
Our heavenly Father hears us, every word, every breath......Let's be faithful and see what he will do for you!!
